Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on winmy20. The existence of duplicate accounts — including accounts held under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
winmy20 applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures to all accounts. KYC is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Accepted identity documents for Malaysian players include a valid MyKad (national identity card) or a current Malaysian passport. winmy20 may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership as part of enhanced due diligence.
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration, or failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of a winmy20 request, may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winmy20 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. winmy20 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified winmy20 of unauthorised access in writing without delay.
winmy20 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. winmy20 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately: (a) change your password; (b) contact winmy20 support at [email protected]; and (c) initiate a temporary account lock via your account security settings.
All transactions on winmy20 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winmy20 does not apply foreign exchange conversion to player balances. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks.
Minimum deposit amounts are as follows:
Deposits are credited to your winmy20 account balance in real time for e-wallet transactions and within 5–15 minutes for FPX transfers, subject to processing times of the respective payment service providers. winmy20 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
winmy20 reserves the right to refuse a deposit, request proof of funding source, or return a deposit to the originating payment method if anti-money laundering or fraud concerns arise.
Withdrawals from your winmy20 account are subject to the following conditions:
winmy20 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 MYT. FPX withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
winmy20 reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal. You may be requested to provide additional documentation. During any such review, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending status and the review will be completed as expeditiously as reasonably practicable.
Bonuses and promotions offered by winmy20 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. The following general bonus rules apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
winmy20 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

Cooling-off and self-exclusion requests will not be reversed or lifted by the winmy20 support team during the elected period, regardless of the reason for the reversal request. This restriction is intentional and protective.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use winmy20's intellectual property other than as strictly necessary to use the Services as a registered Player.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from winmy20.org without prior written consent from winmy20.
winmy20's collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by the winmy20 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
winmy20 is required to retain certain transaction and identity verification records for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. These records will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years from account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winmy20 shall not be liable to you for:
winmy20's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by winmy20's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
winmy20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; receipt of a self-exclusion request; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory requirements; or commercial considerations.
Upon account closure other than for breach, winmy20 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) to the Player via the most recently used payment method. No refund of real-money deposits used to place settled bets will be made.
You may close your account at any time by contacting winmy20 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under winmy20's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and winmy20, you must first submit a written complaint to winmy20 support at [email protected]. winmy20 undertakes to respond to all complaints within 14 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with winmy20's response, the matter may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as designated under winmy20's gaming licence.

winmy20 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where earlier implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
